1.Plan

To begin, we will use a combination of software to analyze the amount of available sunlight along with a site survey to determine if solar will work for you. Every system is custom designed to the customer's usage requirements and unique site conditions. We will review your current utility bill to get an idea of how much you've used the past 12 months to determine the size of the system.

2.Invest

You can go solar for no money out of pocket. FLPS can finance your solar array as low as 3.99% APR (On approved credit). Financing approval takes 1-3 days. During this time, FLPS will apply on your behalf for the NYSERDA Solar Grant, building permits, and DigNY. The grant approval and permitting takes approximately 2-3 weeks. After completion of financing and permitting, installation begins!

3.Install

Your custom solar panel system is designed and approved by our team engineer within 1 to 2 days. For ground mounted solar panel systems, the installation, trenching and electrical work is done in 1-2 days. For roof mounted solar panel systems, depending on weather and the size of the system, the installation can take approximately 3-4 days. A final walk through is scheduled at your convenience to answer all your questions. You are now Solar Ready!
